Here are the instructions from our back label for using the mix for dips and as a main dish seasoning

Some people like to make onion soup out of the mix. For a very basic onion soup made from the seasoning mix you can try the following:

1) Put 4 Tbsp of soup mix into a medium sauce pan

2) Stir in 4 cups of water and bring to a boil, stir occasionally

3) Reduce heat and simmer uncovered, stir occasionally (10 minutes)

4) Serve! (Makes about 3-1/2 cups)
